CH�GYAM TRUNGPA (1940-1987)—meditation master, teacher, and artist—founded Naropa University in Boulder, Colorado, the first Buddhist-inspired university in North America; the Shambhala Training program; and an international association of meditation centers known as Shambhala International. Inspirational

A wonderful book of clarity, much info and forward explanations. I have been a Tantric student for some years and I also have been known to read Zen books. I loved the explanations of the Ox herd story. The book is reads well and is not overwhelming in length . This encourages me to reread this book more often.
